Wordpress Plugin Maker is a quick and easy alternative to creating plugins the old fashioned way.
This is a Wordpress plugin, that makes Wordpress plugins. Pretty nifty idea.
It takes the minimum information necessary to create a plugin and saves it to the plugins directory where it can be edited directly in Wordpress, without any of that ghastly FTP business.
