Sort those CommentsFiled Under: plugins

If you’ve been reading the comments on my previous posts over the past week you may have noticed a new icon just above the comments. This is a new plugin that I have been testing for Ronald at the Reader Appreciation Project and it has now been formally released.

WP Comment Sorter provides readers with the option to sort the comments according to date, or by name, and even to disable the trackbacks so that they don’t interfere with the conversation.

It also gives the blog owner the option to set whether comments sort by ascending or descending order, by default, and to decide whether to hide trackbacks by default.

The best bit? No template modifications are necessary.
